Sale drop in report and survey results

People of Sale support improvements to walking and cycling networks There was an excellent turnout at Trafford Cycle Forum drop in sessions at Sale Library this week. Residents had the opportunity to study maps of the town, highlighting the areas where they had particular concerns and suggestions for improvements. Many people said that they found roads to be unsafe for cycling or walking, with dangerous junctions and badly designed cycle paths. Most were not happy to cycle themselves and wouldn’t allow their children to cycle near the roads.
